Escape Room Game Moderator
ABOUT THE ESCAPE ROOM
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create fun and memorable experiences for guests of all ages at Lionseed Escape Room. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, managing reservations, and overseeing all aspects of the escape game experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest communications.
- Set up and reset escape rooms, ensuring all elements are properly staged.
- Welcome guests, explain game rules, and monitor games, providing clues and assistance.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the facility.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media.
- Report to and follow directions from the management team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for creating positive guest experiences.
- Self-directed and responsible.
- Ability to consistently work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with Lionseed Bookstore & Learning Commons and enthusiasm for our mission.
Pay: $13+ per hour
