WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Your credit card will be charged the same day of your initial order for your first box. For those who purchase a multi-month subscription, your credit card will be securely kept on file and charged automatically the same day of the month as your initial order for any additional months remaining in your subscription.
WHEN WILL MY BOX ARRIVE?
Boxes arrive monthly. All orders ship within 5-7 days of purchase.
WHICH MONTH'S BOOK BOX WILL I RECEIVE?
Subscriptions received after the 1st of the month will begin with next month’s book. Special requests will be considered as staffing and supplies allow. Email us to change which book box(es) you receive with your subscription.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel your subscription, please let us know before your billing date the month before so you do not get charged. (For example, if you want to skip the December box, please let us know by your November billing date.)
